From My Kitchen

Triple Chocolate Brownies

The only added ingredients, apart from yeast and water, in the bread I bake is olive oil and a little salt (and sunflower seeds in the granary loaves).  Once you have tasted real bread you will never want to go back to tasteless additive laden supermarket bread.

The wholemeal loaf - made using a mixture of stoneground wholemeal flour and white bread flour, to give a lighter taste, yeast, water, olive oil and salt.

The granary loaf - contains malted wheat flakes and sunflower seeds using a combination of rye, wholemeal and white flour, yeast, water, olive oil and salt.

The white loaf - made purely with white bread flour, yeast, water, olive oil and salt.

The sour dough loaf is made with white bread flour, sour dough starter, water, olive oil and salt and is started off the evening before baking and left to ferment overnight which produces a more flavoursome loaf.

My Triple Chocolate Brownies are moist and seriously chocolatey!  They are made with dark and milk chocolate and contain chunks of white chocolate.
